Odd what you stumble across
Since it was a long weekend, I thought I’d try digging through my piles of junk and find some photos for a friend. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the photos I was looking for, but I came across a few other things I’d forgotten about. Some of those I’ve since scanned and others I’m working on. Eventually I’ll post some of those to Flickr, but for the moment here’s one of the better photos I’d found.
I came across some books I’d forgotten about in my search, too. For instance, the old course packet to the Aethelred Eldridge’s class. I’d forgotten about his stream of consciousness styled writing… and his use of Fraktur fonts for all the text. It’s made for some interesting, although slow, reading over the course of the day.

What church is that? It looks pretty keen!
AE’s classes were a hoot. I still have all the one offs he taped up around campus that we managed to collect as well as possibly the exact pamphlet you are refering to. I have it on one of my book shelves right now near my old journals (the Chapters!). Too bad he wasn’t born a William; he could easily have fit into the pantheon of Uncle Bills…

Hey, I stumbled onto your page during a search on Eldridge. I was a Fine Arts grad in ‘03 and I took his Autopsical course. By that point I guess he stopped giving out course packets and leaving pamphlets around campus… I’d love to see those scans! I have a picture of his mural up on Flickr:

Ask, and … um, eventually, you’ll receive. I’ve posted a small sample of the book here.

The photo is of the National Cathedral in DC, since I haven’t mentioned that before.

Nice Photo. Speaking of photos, I have a question to ask you but I lost your e-mail (again). Send me a message so I can reply.
Thanks!
